How long you have been at HumanX: Since January 2025

What’s your background, and what brought you to HumanX?

I've spent the past few years producing international events across Europe, Asia, and the US working in all kinds of roles and industries: from the Olympic Games, Cannes Lions, cultural festivals to large-scale brand experiences, including the Taylor Swift ERAS Tour, pretty iconic! 

Throughout my career, I've always loved creating memorable experiences and bringing people together, but most of all, I've loved learning how to work in different cultural environments. Running a show with a Japanese team looks nothing like running one with an American team, and I love taking inspiration from everyone's ways of working, communicating, and exchanging ideas.

What brought me to HumanX was the opportunity to join a wonderfully multicultural team in one of the most exciting industries today. I joined in early 2025 to manage Speaker & Media Experience for our inaugural event in Las Vegas, and after an incredible first edition, I was excited to come back and help build HumanX Amsterdam. As a French woman, I'm incredibly proud to be contributing to our first European edition.

What are you most excited about for this year’s HumanX event?

I’m most excited to see how AI conversations evolve on the European stage. This industry moves so incredibly fast that something we are talking about today could already feel outdated in just a few months.

To me, HumanX is about giving people actionable insights, meaningful connections, and practical solutions to navigate this constantly changing landscape. As someone from Gen Z, I feel incredibly lucky to be starting my career with HumanX during such a transformative chapter of the technology era.

Working at HumanX has taught me the power of knowing how to use the right tools for the right tasks, and being part of a team of brilliant founders, engineers, creatives, and self-proclaimed tech nerds gives me the chance to learn something new every single day.

What’s one session, speaker, or track you’re personally looking forward to—and why?

I'm particularly excited to hear Anton Osika speak. I grew up in a French-Swedish school, so I might be biased, but I have a natural soft spot for Swedish innovation and culture. Beyond that, what Anton has built with Lovable is incredibly inspiring.

As someone who has twenty new ideas every minute, I love that his software turns ideas into actual products, making building accessible to almost anyone. To me, he's a great example of an engineer using technology to unlock creativity rather than replace it.

What’s one tool or habit that helps you stay on top of your game, either personally or professionally?

This is a funny question because my life mantra is literally that you can make almost anything possible through the power of habits.

One habit I’ve had since I learned how to write is journaling. I’ve accumulated more than 200 diaries over the course of my life, and every morning I write down three things I'm grateful for, or things I wish to happen during the day. It helps me channel my positive energy and start the day on a good note.

I would recommend it to anyone. And if you don’t want to write, you can just do it in your head. I swear it can change your life!

What’s a skill or lesson you’ve learned while working at HumanX?

One lesson I’ve learned at HumanX, probably shaped by the ambition and natural optimism of American work culture, is to believe that more is often possible. It’s about looking beyond the obvious solution, challenging expectations, and asking how we can do better.

My dear colleague Manon often asks, “If we had a magic wand, what could we do better?” I love that question because it shifts the conversation from constraints to possibilities, and helps us think a little bigger before coming back to what is realistic.

At HumanX, ideas are welcomed, discussed, and built upon. As someone whose brain never really stops thinking, I feel very lucky to evolve in a place where that energy has space to exist, grow, and be encouraged.

What’s one thing that always makes your day better?

I’ll give you three.

First, I listen to the same song every morning when I wake up: “Little Green Apples” by Cleveland Francis. Somehow, I’m still not tired of it.

Second, receiving a picture of my nephew Théophile in my family WhatsApp group. He brings me so much happiness.

And third, I would say is learning yet another random anecdote or fact from my wonderful colleague Brian. He has this gift for casually bringing up the most unexpected references, from a GAA podcast to a random movie from the 60s, and it often leads to very interesting debates during our team meetings… 

What’s something on your desk that tells us a little bit about you?

My desk is probably the best reflection of my personality, and it’s also my favorite spot in my apartment. During the day, it’s very organized: weekly planner, sticky notes, double screen, everything in its place. But once I close my computer, it transforms into a messy atelier. Depending on the day, you might find stationery, a sewing kit, clay, or my soldering iron… It’s always full of surprises.
