Daniel Khachab is the co-founder and CEO of Choco, the AI-native operating system for the global food supply chain. Choco's agents facilitate over $32 billion in annual GMV and handle more than half of food distribution in New York, Paris, London, and Berlin. Daniel grew up in a butcher family, studied physics, and scaled global businesses at Rocket Internet before co-founding Choco in 2018. The company is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Coatue, and Insight Partners, having raised over $330 million.
