Trusting AI in the Wild
As AI systems move beyond controlled environments into networks, infrastructure, and physical systems, they face adversarial conditions and unpredictable real-world behaviour. Explore what it takes to maintain trust in AI once it operates in the wild, where visibility is limited, threats are active, and outcomes cannot be fully predicted. From cybersecurity to sensing and system resilience, this talk examines how control breaks down outside the lab. When AI leaves the lab, how do we keep trusting what it does?

Roundtable | The Sovereign Stack: Why Models Are Only 10% of the Trust Equation
For the past few years, the industry has treated the AI model as the sole custodian of capability and compliance. In the real world, a model is only as sovereign as the stack it sits in. Running an open-weight model on a non-compliant cloud, feeding it through unsecured RAG pipelines, or exposing it via untrusted APIs does not ensure you're stack it's sovereign (or secure).
This roundtable will discuss what it takes to build a truly sovereign AI architecture and how you should be thinking about it. We will discuss why "sovereignty" needs to be maintained at every layer, from physical infrastructure and data ingestion to the orchestration and middleware layers. Bring your architectural headaches, your governance frameworks, and your strategies for achieving true, end-to-end digital autonomy in Europe.
